How long does the full assessment take?

Around 18–25 minutes for the 24-question full version. The 8-question free preview takes 4–6 minutes. Your progress saves as you answer, so you can close the app and pick back up where you left off.

I took the free assessment, how do I retake the full version?

Head to the Assessment page to start the full 24-question version. Past free results are kept on your dashboard so you can compare.

My team member can’t access the full assessment even though I added them.

Team invitations are Pro-tier. If they still see free-only mode: (a) make sure they accepted the invite from the email link; (b) ask them to sign out and back in to refresh their session; (c) if it persists, email us and we’ll check their entitlement directly.

How does the AI Coach use my data?

The Coach only sees your Leadership Index scores, your archetype and the conversation you\u2019re having with it. It never sees your individual question responses. Conversations are stored in your Supabase account so you can pick them up later — they’re not shared with anyone else, including your organisation admin. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — any time, from your Stripe billing portal. Your Pro access stays live until the end of the paid period, then rolls back to free. Your past results and dashboard stay. Drop us a line if you need help with billing.

Send us the details (what you were doing, what happened, your device and browser). Screenshots help a lot. We reply within one UK working day.
