Tab Oglukian earns The Architect through a career spent constructing ecosystems rather than chasing hits. He signed Frank Ocean before anyone knew the name, built the Alessia Cara project brick by brick from writers to manager to mixer, and is now planting BMG's flag in Atlanta with a roster of established and emerging talent. He does not pursue moments. He designs the infrastructure that makes moments inevitable, spotting the structural moves others miss.
