Munya Chawawa operates as The Catalyst by wielding satire as a mechanism for shifting public perception, working through invitation rather than anger. Projects like the Karen drill experiment and Race Around Britain are comedic experiences engineered so audiences arrive at their own conclusions about racial politics. His theatre initiative for young Black boys extends the same principle, creating the conditions for transformation instead of lecturing toward it. Change, in his hands, is self-discovered.
