Lord Michael Hastings

Michael John Hastings, Baron Hastings of Scarisbrick, CBE, is one of the most institutionally distributed leadership figures in the UK public record. An independent crossbench peer in the House of Lords (appointed via the Independent Appointments Commission in 2005 after twice declining party-aligned peerage offers), he holds the Professor of Leadership chair at the Stephen R.
