Jason Terry is The Catalyst because his signature acts exist to set others alight. He patterned his Seattle brotherhood mentorship after Doug Christie, tattooed the championship trophy on himself before winning it to put a fire under teammates, and now runs his G League bench on the explicit philosophy that players must own their own journeys. Nineteen seasons on, his leadership remains contagious, forward-propulsive, and never content to sit still.
