Haley Jones
The Architect
Structured and legacy-driven; builds the systems and institutions that last.
Haley Jones reads as The Architect because she is methodically building the representation infrastructure she never had access to herself. Her podcast was designed to surface female athlete stories that existing platforms ignored, and her NIL strategy prioritises long-term brand coherence over short-term transaction. Even choosing Stanford was a structural statement, an insistence that athletic excellence and post-career planning belong together. Jones does not react to opportunity, she designs the systems that create it.
“A big thing for me is being authentic. I need my audience to understand that I'm only going to push things that I really believe in, products that I use.”
“For female athletes, there wasn't always that person to strive towards. A big thing I've loved to do is being that representation that I didn't have when I was growing up.”
“I went to Stanford because of that, to set myself up for twenty, forty years after my career is done, because not everybody gets a twenty-year career.”
