Ezechi Britton MBE is a British software engineer turned fintech founder, investor and regulator-adjacent leader. He co-founded Neyber in 2014 (one of the UK's first-wave post-2008 fintech lenders, contemporaneous with Starling, Monzo, and Funding Circle); served as founding CEO of the Centre for Finance, Innovation and Technology (CFIT), an industry body working with the FCA and PSR on UK fintech competitiveness; co-founded Code Untapped, a training and community platform for underrepresented technologists across the UK and Africa; is a Principal at Impact X Capital Partners, an investor in underrepresented founders; and leads Collectively Better, his current advisory vehicle. He is a trustee of Crisis (the homelessness charity) and an adviser to its venture studio. He was awarded the MBE for services to diversity, appears on the Powerlist, holds the Freedom of the City of London, and was named VC of the Year by the ETA.
